Folks, I might not put any updates for the next few days because I’m moving to Singapore for 6 months today. Yay me!
Come back soon!
Just Whatever Makes 1,000
Just Whatever has now made 1,000 posts… Yay!
This wonderful little site started way back in May 2006, originally with posts every now and then, before I started updating daily. 999 posts later and here we are.
So I thought I’d take a walk down memory lane and look a the ten most popular post, pictures and search terms in Just Whatever’s history.
Most Popular Posts
1. Top 5 Tower Defense Games

I was surprised at this one. I thought it was a little amusing but people really loved it.

I have no idea if this is real or not, but the story of two German families who tried get pregnant is absolutely hilarious. If you have read it yet, you really need to check it out now!

This is a simple question and answer article from an Australian travel agent. Apparently some people in the world think Australia is in an alternate dimension where everything is different.

There is a lot of debate over whether this video is real or fake. Either way, juggling bowling balls does not appear to be a good idea.

MacGyver Movie Coming!
Today at Maker Faire 2008, MacGyver creator (and real life inspiration) Lee David Zlotoff announced he has a big budget MacGyver movie in the planning stages.
Zlotoff mentioned he somehow ended up with the movie rights years ago (extremely uncommon), giving him full control over the film. While few specifics were mentioned, and no formal announcement has been made, its extremely promising that the man with the power to make the film is getting the ball rolling. The question is…do you bring back Richard Dean Anderson as old MacGyver, or bring in a younger, Christian Bale-type to reprise the role of makeshift gadget god?

Welcome to My 300th
It doesn’t seem like that long since my 200th post, but I’ve now managed to make 300 posts!
I thought I’d take this opportunity to take a look at a few of my favourites from the past 100 posts.
8. Attack of the Jewish Ninja!
As far as prank calls go, they don’t get much funnier than the Jewish Ninja!
7. OhMiBod Makes the iVibrator!
This great new accessory for the iPod is surely a big hit with the ladies. It provides strong yet quiet, intense rhythmic vibrations.
I’ve no idea how I came across this, but it was well worth the post.
Adriana Lima may not be the highest paid hottie, but is the peoples favourite.
Those eyes… Those curves… One really hot post!
5. 7 Classic Games You Can Play Online
Who doesn’t want to relive the classics like Lemmings and Donkey Kong? Fun a plenty here.
4. Matt Damon Replaced in Bourne Ultimatum
Funniest video I’ve seen in ages!
Matt Damon’s war with Jimmy Kimmel continues, with Damon being bumped from his own movie.
Great pictures of different items with a flame of water.
2. Resident Evil Game and Movie
The Resident Evil game looks brilliant and the ladies in the movie look great too.
This was a great post that took a look at the top 7 Zombie Games you can play online. Hours of entertainment!
Now stay tuned for the next awesomely brilliant posts to come!
A Few Site Things
I thought I’d share a very cool little thing you’ll find on the sidebar to your right.
It’s Random Posts that I’ve made in the past. So if you are new to the site, you can view some of the old greats.
It looks a little like this…

Welcome to My 200th
Well this is the 200th post that I have made on Just Whatever! Are you proud of me???
I thought I’d take a look at my favourite 10 posts and relive the magic… or the tragedy?
10. How Lord of the Rings Should Have Ended
Someone made a great animation of how Lord of the Rings could/should have been.
A radio show in the United States played this clip of a great way to get back at telemarketers. Awesome!
It’s just a picture, but so weird and random I love it!
“Evolution” may be slightly exaggerated, but this is a hilarious clip of comedian Judson Laipply. It was one of my earlier posts and very popular a year ago.
It’s one video that should be watched!
6. Batman vs Alien vs Predator
This is a fantastic video that someone made where Batman takes on Aliens and the Predator. Amazing!
5. Battlestar Galactica Cast in The Simpsons Style
I’m a fan of Battlestar Galactica and enjoy The Simpsons, so this was right up my alley.
I wish I was talented enough to draw these, but no, I’m just a few minutes a day blogger who stumbled on to some fantastic drawings. Which should not be forgotten, but viewed over and over again!
4. Princess Leia’s Gold Bikini
A recent post, but one of my favourites.
Star Wars fans are amazing! How many people could a website built around a gold bikini seen in a movie 30 years ago? What other fans would still be wearing that bikini 30 years later? Only Star Wars fans!
This is a fun post full of Star Wars sexiness!
3. Extremely Dumb Norwegian Blonde
All I did was post a video, but I can still watch and be amazed by the “blondness” of this woman. Whenever you want to feel smarter, just watch this.
2. Sexiest 5 Aliens from the Last 15 Years
Tricia Helfer who plays Six on Battlestar Galactica was my number one pick from the Sexiest 5 Aliens from the Last 15 Years. There is a poll which anyone can vote on and at this stage it seems the majority of people think Milla Jovovich as Leeloo from The Fifth Element is the sexiest.
Either way I thought this was an underrated post that didn’t seem to get much attention at all. So sad!
I put a lot of time into this list, it wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be to come up with 5 hotties, but surprisingly it was. For me this is a great post that should not be forgotten!
This one little post managed to make it on the front page of Digg which brought a long a huge amount of visitors, comments and links. All of which I greatly appreciate.
It was also good fun coming up with the list because it was my duty to thoroughly test all games first. Good times… Good times.
