UFO Clouds Over Moscow

Millions of Moscow residents observed a unique cloud formation yesterday. Scientists from the city’s weather forecast service were quoted saying their was nothing special about the formation and it was just an ‘optical effect’.

I say they’re testing a secret weapon to take over the world.

I find it amazing how some video games have better trailers than actual movies. This is one of those times. The live action trailer for Halo 3: ODST is pretty damn awesome.

Of course it tells you nothing about game play, but who cares?

The Burning Flower

I have my doubts as to whether or not this is real, but if it is real it’s extremely cool!

I tend to think he may have added a little light (LED) into the flower to get the glow.

Gibraltar Airport is a pretty unique place. When a plane wants to land or take off, they first have to stop the traffic driving along the road that intersects the runway.

Marvin has the most boring job in the universe, transporting materials which is set to take another 2 years, 173 days, 16 hours and 48 minutes. However this time the cargo is a little special and is about to make the trip a whole lot more exciting!

A Leg for a 3 Legged Elephant

Back in 1999 the elephant Motola stepped on a landmine while working in a logging camp near the Burmese border. Recently she was given a prosthetic leg to help the old girl get around. Have a look at the photos, it’s quite amazing.
