What is it about this bridge that makes trucks think they can fit?

In a war between a truck and a bridge, the bridge always wins… Probably… At least this bridge does.
At least the drivers seem to be wearing seat belts, or they wouldn’t be able to back out or keep driving through. Safety first!
guys check out the vertical clearance pole or whatever that thing is called .. (the yellow colored bar parallel to the bridge) the drivers must have thought that they can pass through because they didn’t hit the bar on top.
