Getting hit in the head by a 6lb ball (making an assumption here based on what I have seen in reality, ACTUALLY SEEN 6# balls juggled by non-pro juggler)… any how, getting a 6# headshot isn’t too bad. VERY SIMILAR in force to taking a football pass (bullet style) to the face. You can walk that off.

Holy crap man! That kid got totally blasted! That is possible the most unlucky thing I’ve ever seen.

To everyone thinking there should be blood: Blunt objects don’t break skin easily, and objects don’t get much more blunt than a sphere. Maybe if the kid was hit with several bowling balls while laying on the ground, but there was some shock absorbency (hence the kid falling down), so the bowling ball would just result in a pretty good concussion and most likely a skull fracture (as well as a hospital bill for the idiot juggling bowling balls).

Some of you people are total assholes and don’t deserve to be on this earth…how can you not worry about the kid? Thank God the kid didn’t die of head trauma.

God action movies have given people such a poor idea of the human bodies endurance.

Believe it or not, getting hit by a blunt object would not cause tons of blood. It looks like the kid was lucky and the ball just kind of clothes-lined them. Our skulls, thanks to their geometry, are ridiculously tough. A 5lbs bowling-ball falling at such a slow speed from such a short height is not going to be as bad as that looked. I’m sure the kid was fine. When I was their age I got smacked in the forehead with an aluminum baseball bat at baseball practice and I guarantee there was more force behind the bat. I had a really swollen forehead for about a day. No concussions or even cuts to my forehead. Just bruises and swelling.

why i think its a hoax

1) deceptive bowling ball – it would take great strength to lob a bowling ball that high with such ease.

2) poorly planned sound effects – a bowling ball hitting flesh would not make a snap, and there is a distinct delay in hearing the bowling ball hit the actual floor

3) do you see her getting up, blood free? a bowling ball dropping from that height would do some damage to an adult, let alone a toddler

Yes, and it wouldn’t have anything to do with the fact that you were not a responsible parent and didn’t watch your kid even though you should know better and not take him bowling at his age and even if you did take him bowling you shouldn’t loose sight of him, right?
As if you know how you would react when stuff like that happens to you? What would you have done if you were in the guy’s place? Just after the ball hit the kid’s head you would’ve taken out your phone and dialed 911? Or would you be so shocked that you would fall to your knees?
Let’s hope you never have to find out. Next time, think before saying something.

1. Can you not toss a 6-12lbs object in the air with one hand? The person would obviously use the least amount of weight to do this.

2.Note the quality of the video, maybe your sound is off from excessive viewing, or it’s just a shitty video.

3. Do you think peoples heads explodes when they are hit? assuming it’s a ten pound ball, it seems to only free fall for maybe 1 second, the kids head slows it down a bit before it connects with the floor. No where near enough force for someone to start bleeding from the blunt force.
