Well, maybe. This dude who is on the French version of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire might just be on the same level. Watch this video of him agonising over what is rotating around the Earth. The Sun or the Moon.
Seeing as 56% of the audience said the Sun, I think the French education system is in drastic need of an overhaul.
