Atheists Are Evil… Apparently

April 2nd, 2007

Atheists Are EvilI read this and couldn’t help but laugh at this woman’s stupidity.

According to Alice, atheists should be kicked out of America because they are the root of all evil!

I’ve highlighted the best bits.

It’s time to stomp out atheists in America. The majority of Americans would love to see atheists kicked out of America. If you don’t believe in God, then get out of this country.

The United States is based on having freedom of religion, speech, etc., which means you can believe in God any way you want, but you must believe.

I don’t recall freedom of religion meaning no religion. Our currency even says, “In God We Trust.” So, to all the atheists in America: Get off of our country.

Atheists have caused the ruin of this great nation by taking prayer out of our schools and being able to practice what can only be called evil. I don’t care if they have never committed a crime, atheists are the reason crime is rampant.

The nation will never be perfect. The nation may never even be good again. But hating on a group of people never made it better in any way. I’m a Christian, so i’d like the athiests to stay so that i wont have to go all the way to europe to find people to convert. Athiests never made the country worse. People did. Not religions.

The so-called Christian nations are the most enlightened and progressive…but in spite of their religion, not because of it. The Church has opposed every innovation and discovery from the day of Galileo down to our own time, when the use of anesthetic in childbirth was regarded as a sin because it avoided the biblical curse pronounced against Eve. And every step in astronomy and geology ever taken has been opposed by bigotry and superstition. The Greeks surpassed us in artistic culture and in architecture five hundred years before Christian religion was born. – Mark Twain, A Biography

Of course will never know by how much because in the year 272 the Library of Alexandria was burnt to the ground in the name of Christianity…..Kirk

So what she’s saying is that just because we don’t believe in her judgmental, jealous, all-knowing, mysterious, scheming, heaven-dwelling, fear imposing, unforgiving and imaginary friend, we make the world a worse place to live in?

Just because we don’t fight over whose make-believe buddy is better, we’re worse for it?

Religion is the biggest mistake of mankind. Wake the hell up and grow a brain, woman. And please look up the meaning of “freedom” in the dictionary. If you even know what a dictionary is in the first place. Where were you when your god was giving out brains?

Not all Americans are this ignorant, but we many of us do hang our heads when our countryman or so blatantly moronic and appear to love to broadcast their lunacy to the rest of the world that often times looks at us with part despair, part pity, part amusement. I just finished reading The God Delusion which was excellent – highly recommended.

Oh and for the record, the author of the editorial looks to be from Soldotna Alaska, the state governed by another logic/reality challenged American, Sarah Palin, former Vice Presidential candidate of the Republican Party. Coincidence?

Unfortunately the atheist that are *nice* are the exception rather then the rule as with rules their are always exceptions.

Gays have gone into churches and cause commotion and have had sex with women without their consent forcing churches to lock the doors during service and this actually happened in San Francisco in the 80s and the police were overwhelmed and couldn’t help. :p

We went to visit a friend at a church and were curious as to why the doors were locked tight and found out after the service since we lived far away in the mountains. :P

Oh wait we are suppose to be *nice* to the atheist and agree with whatever they are saying for the *good of all* so I guess I better tell people to stop believing in God and commit myself to blasphemy and next I’ll steal from the rich and give food to the illegals breaking that commandment over and over and over.

Idiots like you are just so…….GRRRRRRRRRRR!!! *Bangs head on keyboard*

And they never used to lock their doors either. Not sure if it’s still that way now.

Since the moderator is probably an atheist looks like my comment won’t be published so I hope you burn in hell and I’ll help make sure you do until you respect our rights to believe in God in whatever practices are right as long as we don’t abuse people. :p

I let everyone share their opinion, unless they’re plain out attacking people and going a little too far.

I don’t think your religious stance makes you a good/bad person and should never be a factor when determining where someone fits on the Good to Evil scale. It’s up to the person to be good or bad.

But people like this woman who says “I don’t care if they have never committed a crime, atheists are the reason crime is rampant.”, are bloody stupid and should be banished to the Siberian wastelands.
