The Lefortovo Tunnel is 3.2 km long and appears slightly cramped, but that doesn’t stop any of these drivers from travelling at crazy speeds.
Apparently in Russia even if you know how to drive you pretty much have to pay a bribe to get your license. Seeing as you are going to have to bribe them anyway, people don’t bother learning to drive.
